So the parcel delivery bloke staggered half way up the drive and deposited this box on the drive and, given the two handed grip, bulging neck vein and purple face, I guessed that the writing on the side that said "HEAVY" was not an exaggeration.

So out came the sack barrow and of course the now obligatory gloves, sanitiser and mask then off we went to retrieve the small but heavy box. The parcel was from my good friend Andrew Hall and contained a number of chucks and jaw sets, all of which have the necessary fittings for Stella (1/5 inch x 6TPI) and in fact were, until recently, being used on another Stubby.

So in the package there are three chucks: a Vicmarc VM100, an Axminster Precision and a VersaChuck 3.

As you can see from the photos the package also contains an assortment of jaws/carriers and chuck keys!

These will all prove very handy and they are now back where they belong - on the middle shelf of a Stubby lathe stand.

A big thank you to Andrew, without whose help and guidance none of this stuff would have happened. So if you're reading this site and thinking "what a load of rubbish", just remember he's to blame!!
